Camilla Borsani
Camilla Borsani is a Ph.D. candidate at the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano, studying how artificial intelligence is transforming buyer–supplier negotiations. Her research explores the challenges about AI adoption in negotiation processes, with a focus on the hybrid intelligence paradigm: how humans and machines can collaborate effectively in both complex and routine negotiation settings. She works closely with industry as part of a research group in Purchasing and Supply Management, and previously held a visiting research PhD at Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) in the Netherlands. Alongside her research, Camilla teaches undergraduate courses in business and process management and is committed to making academic insights accessible and relevant for practitioners at the intersection of technological innovation and procurement.
