Alessio Ronchini is an Assistant Professor at Politecnico di Milano. His research area is Supply Chain Management, specifically focusing on Purchasing and Supply Management. His research interests relate to purchasing and supply management, supply chain finance and the impacts of digital technology adoption. Related to this, he has developed and is working on publications that look at the impacts of specific technologies, respectively Additive Manufacturing and Artificial Intelligence, on supply chain configurations, processes and performance of companies and their supply chains.
