(**) You belong to this category if you are currently enrolled in a Master’s or PhD program for the 2025/26 academic year. An official document certifying your student status is required. Without it, your registration cannot be confirmed. Please send it to: publicprocurementevents@uniroma2.it
(***) The Gala Dinner will take place at a restaurant in Frascati (near the Conference venue). More details coming soon.
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Click Register to the Conference now! (at the top left on the screen). Create your account as a new website user (the process must be repeated again this year, even if you created your account last year).
- Once you have created your account, please click on Conference Registration (at the top of the screen) and complete the registration process. Make sure to provide all the required information in the designated fields, both for invoicing purposes and for logistical arrangements (e.g., menu preferences).
- IMPORTANT! When completing the registration process, please remember to select your menu preference in addition to the chosen registration fee. This is required regardless of whether you plan to attend the gala dinner. If you do wish to attend the gala dinner, make sure to tick the appropriate box, otherwise you will not be counted among the dinner participants.
- Pay the Conference ticket (and eventually the Gala Dinner ticket) through wire transfer (only allowed method of payment) at the below indicated bank details
- IMPORTANT! Upload the receipt of your payment or we cannot check and reconfirm you registration
Invitation letters will be sent upon request and only following registration to the conference and payment of the fee.
