Ayca Kuman Cinar is a senior procurement specialist working at the European Investment Bank (EIB) Projects Directorate Procurement Office. Prior to joining the EIB, Ayca  worked in procurement functions of various institutions such as FAO, UNDP and EU Delegation to Turkey. Currently Ayca leads the monitoring and coordination of Consultancy Contracts Team of  EIB Projects Directorate. She also provides expert procurement policy advice in project procurement, leads development of procurement partnerships with peer agencies and works on  procurement policy research in the field of emergency procurement, social and sustainable public procurement. Ayca is an environmental engineer by education, with a MBA degree.
