Nourilya Moldakhmatova is an Associate Director, Project Implementation Adviser in the EBRD Procurement Policy and Advisory Department. Nourilya advises on procurement and implementation aspects in Bank-financed infrastructure projects, including client capacity and project implementation risk assessment, procurement planning, tendering, and contract management. She is the lead adviser for EBRD projects in Ukraine, where she also oversees Bank’s activities on policy dialogue and cooperation with other IFIs in public procurement. Prior to joining EBRD in 2010, Nourilya has worked as a procurement and project management consultant in Central Asia, Caucasus, and Eastern Europe.
