Marta Andhov, PhD, is an Associate Professor at the Law and Business School at the University of Auckland, New Zealand, and an affiliated Associate Professor at the University of Copenhagen, Denmark. She leads the Purchase Power – Sustainable Public Procurement through Private Law Enforcement (PurpLE) project, focusing on innovative approaches to sustainable procurement.

Marta's expertise spans governmental contracts, public procurement law, and the integration of sustainability within legal frameworks. As a Fulbright Scholar, she is dedicated to modernizing procurement processes and fostering cross-sector collaboration. Marta has contributed her knowledge to organizations such as the United Nations, World Trade Organization, European Commission & Parliament, as well as numerous national and international agencies worldwide.

Her work tackles contemporary challenges in procurement processes and contract management. She has also conducted training and seminars for governmental bodies and industry leaders across Europe, the USA, and Australasia, establishing herself as a respected authority in procurement innovation and compliance.
