Claudia Ghisetti is Assistant Professor at University of Milan – Bicocca, where she teaches Economics and Environmental Economics. She has previously worked as researcher at Catholic University, Milan; European Commission – Joint Research Centre; University of Ferrara. She is Associate Researcher at BRICK- Collegio Carlo Alberto (Turin) and at the Research Centre Sustainability Environmental Economics and Dynamics Studies (SEEDS). She is member of the council and Vice-President of the Italian Association of Environmental and Resource Economists (IAERE). She holds a PhD from the University of Bologna, during which she has been visiting researcher at GREDEG-CNRS – University of Nice Sophie-Antipolis (France) and at Centre for European Economic Research (ZEW) in Mannheim (Germany). Her expertise lies at the intersection of the economics of innovation and environmental economics. She published her research in international journals such as Climate Policy, Environmental and Resource Economics, Ecological Economics, Industry and Innovation, Industrial and Corporate Change, Journal of Evolutionary Economics, Nature Communications, Research Policy, Technological Forecasting and Social Change, The Journal of Economic Surveys, Journal of Cleaner Production.
